When can you return a product?

We accept returns only in the following cases:

When returns are not accepted

🚫 You changed your mind after receiving the product 🚫 The product has been used, washed, or altered in any way 🚫 The return request is made after 48 hours of delivery 🚫 Original packaging has been discarded or damaged


📋 How to request a return

Follow these steps within 48 hours of receiving your order:

💰 Refund options

Once your return is approved, we offer:

🔄 Replacement — We send you the correct or new item at no extra cost 🎁 Store credit — Added to your account to use on your next order 🏦 Bank refund — Processed within 5–7 business days to your account


🚚 Return shipping

If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item), Homedenza will cover the return shipping cost. If the return is for any other approved reason, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.
