At HomeDenza, we aim to deliver your orders quickly and safely.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
Order Confirmation
After placing an order, customers will receive confirmation via WhatsApp or email.
Order Verification
In some cases, orders may be verified through WhatsApp to ensure authenticity.
Delivery Time
Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location and courier service.
Shipping Charges
A flat Rs. 300 delivery charge will be applied in advance on all orders. This is to ensure only serious customers place orders, as some customers do not receive parcels.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available but only for verified and serious customers.
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided.
Damage in Transit
If the parcel arrives damaged, you must inform our support team within 24 hours of delivery.
Wrong Address
Customers are responsible for providing the correct address. We are not responsible for deliveries to incorrect addresses.
Non-Serious Orders Policy
Fake or non-serious orders may result in restriction or blocking of future orders.
Delays
Delays may occur due to courier services, weather conditions, or public holidays.
